Sam Dong's Oxygen-Free High Thermal Conductivity Copper is a high-quality pure copper (LME Grade A, 99.99% purity) that is melted and cast in a vacuum. This results
in an oxygen content of 10 ppm or less, meeting ASTM standards, and an electrical conductivity of
101% or more.
It has higher conductivity, thermal conductivity, recrystallization temperature, and better
machinability than regular Tough Pitch copper.

Sam Dong produces Oxygen Free High Conductivity Copper (OFHC) using UP-CAST and DIP-FORMING methods.
